What are the care and washing instructions for an heirloom woven blanket?

What is your standard production and delivery timeline?
Because each heirloom blanket requires custom design preparation and individual loom setup, our standard processing time is 2 to 4 business days. Standard shipping across the United States typically takes an additional 2 to 5 business days.
What is your return policy for personalized luxury items?
Due to the bespoke, custom-crafted nature of our personalized calligraphy blankets, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are strictly accepted only in the rare event of a verified manufacturing or textile defect.
